CHARLY will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or deletion of any information downloaded from this website.

CHARLY will not be responsible for any damage, loss, impairment, prejudice, direct or indirect caused by the use of this website, except in the case of liability that is a direct consequence of fraud, fault or negligence, injury, damage to health, or as a result of the breach of its obligations under the Consumer Protection Law and other laws, regulations and/or applicable administrative provisions.

Without prejudice to any other provision set forth in these terms and conditions, CHARLY Shall not be liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations, due to unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure or arising from any cause beyond the reasonable control of CHARLY. including, without limitation, any act of war or popular insurrection, natural disasters or natural emergencies, earthquakes, floods, commercial embargoes, strikes, failure to provide supplies, shortages or lack of resources or supplies, etc. understanding that CHARLY will always make its best efforts to correct as soon as possible the aforementioned failure or delay in complying with its compliance obligations and in compliance with the laws, regulations and other applicable administrative provisions and in accordance with the circumstances that prevail at the time. 

Section VI.  Indemnification

• Coupons are only valid for and intended to be used on the website (charly.com). Not applicable to physical stores.

SECTION X. RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY 

Returns and refunds in physical stores are available only within Mexican territory. Outside the United Mexican States, all claims will be managed through our customer service telephone line.

Exchanges and returns do not apply to promotional/discounted products, only product with factory defects will be accepted. To request a return, the product must be returned in optimal conditions, preserving the box, labels and/or packaging, in accordance with what is indicated in EXCHANGES AND RETURNS; CHARLY may carry out the necessary steps to verify that the products have not been used, altered or damaged.
